The MES-Garver Joint Venture is honored to announce the award of a $10 million, five-year single-award Architect-Engineer Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Army and Air National Guard across Middle Tennessee.
This award represents an exciting milestone for our team and reflects a shared commitment to delivering innovative, mission-focused solutions that strengthen military readiness, modernize critical infrastructure, and support long-term resilience throughout the region.
Recently, our team joined leadership from the 118th Wing for a kickoff meeting to discuss priorities, establish a collaborative path forward, and begin planning for the successful execution of future projects. The meeting provided an opportunity to align on mission objectives and reinforce our collective focus on supporting the National Guard’s evolving facility and operational needs.
The award builds on more than a decade of successful collaboration between MES and Garver. Through our 10+ year teaming relationship, we have combined complementary expertise in architecture, engineering, planning, environmental services, program management, and infrastructure development to successfully deliver complex projects for federal, military, and public-sector clients. Together, our team brings a deep understanding of facility lifecycle planning, sustainable design, utility and infrastructure systems, airfield and aviation-related facilities, resiliency initiatives, and mission-critical project delivery.
We are grateful for the trust placed in our team and look forward to partnering with the Army and Air National Guard over the next five years. Together, we will work to deliver lasting value through projects that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen infrastructure resilience, and support mission success for years to come.
