David Keith

David is the firm’s Principal of Electrical Engineering and is responsible for the technical design excellence of the firm’s electrical discipline. He engages with the staff on all projects ensuring project coordination and quality standards are met. David’s technical experience includes the design and commissioning of medium and low-voltage outdoor and indoor substations, outdoor and indoor power distribution systems, emergency power generator systems, grounding systems, lighting systems, life safety systems, lightning protection systems, and technology infrastructure systems. He has strong leadership and management with the firm’s federal program, specializing in projects with various federal government agencies including the Department of Defense, military bases, and VA hospitals. David is a veteran of the United States Army, 3d CR and Scout Platoon, 4-64 Armor, 4th Brigade, 3d Infantry Division, proudly serving our country during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

PE, BCxP, Vice President

Nick Stephenson

Nick has designed and commissioned mechanical systems and controls for most of the firm’s largest and most complex projects. These include campus-wide systems for healthcare facilities and industrial plants with areas over 500,000 SF. As Principal of Mechanical Engineering, he provides technical project leadership from the initial concepts to project oversight and quality reviews. He is responsible for the ongoing review, development, and updating of the mechanical design standards. Nick is knowledgeable about the hot, humid climatic environment in the southern area. He has developed energy-efficient mechanical systems and methods to specifically control humidity and moisture conditions for the comfort of occupants and the protection of building systems in the southeastern states.

Vice President of Operations

Philip Moody

The primary role of Phil is the management and day-to-day direction of the MES Group staff. He also provides quality control effort with hands-on involvement. Phil heads up project staffing assignments to ensure the right people are on the right project. He also engages staff with educational training, lessons learned training, and technical support for project teams. As a team leader, Phil is responsible to develop future leaders and the advancement of staff technical knowledge for the longevity of the firm. He provides a systematic process of staff mentoring and career planning and development. Phil is accountable for the leadership and direction of the firm's operations, administration, human resource management, and business development.

Director of Mechanical Engineering

Carl Baum

With over 40 years of experience in the MEP consulting industry, Carl has worked on most projects and system types on a number of different platforms. Carl attended Washington State University on an athletic scholarship originally majoring in architecture before switching to broadcast journalism and business. While working at large and small firms across the U.S. he has designed educational, federal, municipal, institutional, medical, commercial, residential, industrial, manufacturing, and retail projects throughout the country and internationally. Carl was also an owner of an MEP firm in the Tampa area for 10 years.

Jose Rosario

Jose has more than 15 years of experience performing electrical engineering and systems integration. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Cum Laude Electrical Engineering degree. Since then, he has acquired vast experience with the Department of Defense, government, municipal, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments. In addition to engineering experience, he has successfully managed installations on site and personnel overcoming complicated site environments, overseas logistical challenges, and national permitting requirements while understanding architectural and stakeholders' requirements and timeframes.

Victoria Haney

Victoria is a seasoned professional boasting a decade of expertise in marketing, business development, and client relations. She serves as the driving force behind all business development and marketing endeavors. Her proficiency extends to federal pursuits, where she spearheads initiatives for prestigious entities such as the Veterans Affairs, US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, and more. With a wealth of experience and a passion for strategic growth, Victoria is dedicated to propelling MES Group to new heights in the ever-evolving landscape of the AEC industry.

Andre Corriveau

With over 20 years in the design industry, André possesses a keen focus on creating and leveraging new technologies. His passion for technology, combined with an extensive background, provides a profound understanding of the automation needs within the industry. André thrives on collaborating with the team and clients to establish best practices and innovative methods, ensuring consistent and high-quality designs are executed efficiently. His journey began as a drafter for a mechanical contractor, transitioning to engineering in 2005. At MES Group, André brings a steadfast dedication to quality and consistency, working alongside its forward-thinking leadership.
