(MES) Exceeded the government’s standards on quality. A very detailed and comprehensive report was produced at the end of the contract period. Numerous construction options were given to the government for future improvements. 

The (MES) design team applied a patient and thorough approach in their delivery of the full design and Ready to Advertise (RTA) product to the government. Their tenacious efforts were a critical reason the project was able to acquire successful bid proposals from contractors. They now possess a valuable bench of knowledge for future efforts.
