New 86,000 sq. ft. two-story classroom and administration building. HVAC design includes a new 240-ton air-cooled chilled water plant, constant volume fan coils and dedicated outside air units to pre-treat the outside air to the fan coils.

Sulphur Springs Elementary School, Tampa, FL
New building with 28 classrooms. Included air-cooled chilled water central plant, decoupled VAV air handlers and dedicated 100% outside air units.

Polk County Nature Discovery Center, Lakeland, FL
This award winning project is a joint venture between Southwest Florida Water Management District and the Polk County Natural Resources Department. The program consisted of a variety of meeting areas, both indoor and outdoor classrooms, a resource center, exhibit hall and staff offices.

Saint Leo University School of Business, Saint Leo, FL
New 55,000 sq. ft. three story facility with classrooms, assembly spaces, technology center and offices. As an integrated learning environment, the facility has the most advanced technology available for distance learning. LEED Gold certified.
